damion sat in the shade of the leaves of a nearby tree and watched unnoticed and curious! He wondered, as he often did, why all the others fear him, he was just a small child of maybe 5"7', maybe it was the white hair, and blood red eyes? He thought to himself! "Naw!" He said out loud. he knew deep down why it was. It was because he wasn't like them he wasn't ...normal. "I mean im half-dark eco, blackness, and nothingness! Of course there scared!" He drank some more of his tea and began to ponder. (It must be great to be like them! to have friends and that girl, she always has someone there beside her how great is that! its awesome! maybe someday I'll have friends) *he shakes his head* ya like that'll happen! Then he just watches...

Destiny sat and thought. What she'd saw in the boys eyes frightened her, but there was something innocent and sad behind the red irises she'd peered into. She sighed and smirked, closing her eyes. She took a sip from her juice box and rested her head on her fist. What was she going to do? Things like this always had a way of getting to her very quickly, but there wasn't really much she could do. They hadn't seen the boy since then and no one dared mention anything about him. She stood up and her comrades followed automatically. "We should go find that kid." She said in a monotonous voice. Dan Stared at her and smirked. "Oh?" She nodded. He took her hand and spun her around. "Then we better get this done." He closed his eyes. Nothing happened. Destiny looked surprised. They couldn't merge! How could this be? She looked away. "What's happenning!" she was frusterated. "Well, it could be that the seal was placed permanetly...." He stared at his feet. They sighed simultaneously. "Well that makes me feel half-full." She chided. Her fangs glittered in the sunlight. Dan's eyes reflected his dissappointment. She peered up into them. The thing about his eyes is that, as evil as they looked, being crimson red with a tiny pupil, she always felt warm and calm when she looked into them. They were part of her in a way, her inner darkness. Darkness isn't always evil. It can be calm and sometimes sad and angry, but it may not show. Dan showed his sadness. Destiny's eyes were soft, dark grey with large pupils. Her eyes always seemed half-shut showing her kind, calm nature. They smiled and she pushed her partner forward. "Let's go."

damion simply sat and watched as this all took place, the smirks, the failed merging and the announcement of there search for him! "you wont find him, not that way at least" he said laughingly

Laughter was heard from a small group of students all standing in a circle. Destiny stopped to watch for a moment as flash after flash of different coloured lights burst from the center of the group. It was a group of young alchemists showing off their alchemic tricks. Destiny shook her head and Dan laughed at her. "What?" she asked defensively. "Nothing." He replied, grinning at the group. She scowled at him and punched him in the arm. Her eyes traced every edge of the yard and her eyes fell upon a certain subject of interest. She blinked for a second and then moved toward it. A small polished stone figure sat in the grass, sunlight glinting off of its shimmering black surface. She picked it up and held it in her palm. Turning it over, she noticed it was carved to look like a fierce-looking tradition based dog. the dog was sitting on its haunches so it seemed like a more solid figure and the detail was amazing. Every little detal was carved intricately into the black stone. The figure itself was only about 2 and a half inches tall and an inch thick, but it was amazing. Dan bent down and picked something up. A piece of scroll paper folded neatly into a triangle. Dan opened it and read it. "It says here that this figure is one of a set of 3 handmade figures. Once all three are found, all of them together will unlock the truth and the truth it unlocks will be the key to the heart of the world. It also says that they won't all be so easy to find." Destiny was staring intently at the figure. "I guess we have another search on our hands....and another mystery."

damion just sat and observed the students in the circle . then his eye caught the group of that strange girl and that boy who always seems to follow her. he realized that they had come quite close to his tree, and he decided to hide and watch for a while longer."are you following me" he said aloud to the girl from his tree.

Destiny looked up, surprised. "Wh..who?" Dan peered toward the tree and tilted his head. Destiny placed the small figure in her bag and walked toward the tree from which the voice came. "Who's there?" She asked softly, "Please come out, I haven't been following you."

Destiny stumbled back in surprise. "The kid from earlier...." she wispered softly. She settled down to her her knees and knelt in front of the boy. She examined him for a moment and suddenly a brilliant smile popped onto her face. Her cheeks were slightly flushed and she extened a hand to him. "Hello again."

damnion reached out reluctently, but took her hand anyway. this was odd to him, unfamiliar. damion was not used to human contact at least not friendly contact. but there was a kindness in this girls eyes, an unmistakable innocense . "hello again" he said smiling.
